REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Ogonproducts website. Returned items must be received in severely undamaged and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Domestic customers that utilize a return shipping label provided by Ogonproducts may be subject to a $6 restocking fee. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm the item you would like to receive instead. As soon as your returned package is processed, we will reach out with details regarding the exchange.

Once we receive your returned item we aim to process it straight away although this may take up to 7 days. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to clear, but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If there is an issue with the product itself due to defects in materials or craftsmanship please contact support@ogonproducts.com right away so we may replace it for you.
